Wagyu beef has many nutritional benefits over traditional breeds of beef. The marbled fat within the muscle contains more monounsaturated fats than saturated fats. It also has a higher percentage of Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids than typical beef.
Just remember to cook from room temperature and to rest for 10 – 15 minutes after removing from the oven.
